And I want to share with you how I went from stuck to unstoppable. So stay tuned. Hello unstoppables of the world, you're listening to the unstoppable mind podcast. And it is so good to have you here. I want to thank all of you for all of the support that I have received over the last nine months with creating this podcast. It has been such an experience. And I'm really, truly just having a blast. So I want to say thank you to everyone, thank you to everyone who's subscribed, who's downloaded, who's left a review, who's shared it with their friends and their family. And I want to thank you if you've reached out to me to tell me how this podcast has changed your life and what tool you love. It all matters to me. So a big huge shout out to you to all the listeners. So I want to talk today about from stuck to unstoppable. And I thought that this episode would be inspiring for people who are feeling like they cannot figure out how to get out of their own way, who feel like maybe they've been on that hamster wheel who feel like maybe they're hitting their head against the wall that used to be me, I was like, no matter what I do, no matter what actions I take, I always end up back at the same place. And next week, I'm going to do a little like a little I want to say, oh, left, I fell out of my head habits for dummies. But I don't really want to call it that I just I'm not going to call it habits for Dummies, but I'm gonna really do a, a a quick and easy step by step process on how to create habits in your life. The hard part is doing what I'm going to teach you in next week's episode. But let's come back to today. And I want to say that my gosh, I this these last couple of weeks have been some big growth. A big, big growth spurt for me. Lots of expansion, lots of lessons and AHA oz. And the other night I was having a conversation with my boyfriend, Scott. And we were talking about my karma. And I had told him that I have really awesome karma, like just fantastic karma. And he kind of like raised his eyebrows just a little bit. When I said that. And I'm like, I know what you're thinking, you know, I know I've overcome sexual abuse. I've overcome, you know, severe addiction. I've overcome poverty. And I was like, I feel like I have the best karma. Because I have overcome these things. They were my lessons to learn, for whatever reason, and I overcame them. And I do feel like I have incredible karma. And I feel very grateful that I'm living this life. I was reflecting on spring and summer because can you believe it's the summer is almost over. And I was reflecting about how I stayed in my mentors home in Sedona. He has a or used to have a luxury rental property. And I stayed there with one of my closest friends that, you know is absolutely amazing in the world. And we were out on the back patio, like just doing our mindset homework, doing the inner work. And I mean, I never dreamed that one day I would be in Sedona in the back patio, of my mentors home, just living my best effing life like I couldn't have ever predicted that that would be possible. I couldn't have predicted that. I would have this desire to become a neuroscientist that I would have this desire to make hypnosis The most, you know, most known self development tool in the world, because I love it so much, you know, I did not know that I would be living a life where I help people, you know, empower themselves and that I teach the tools so that they can just get out of their own way. I did not know I would be doing all of this. And so, yes, I'm creating this really fantastic life. And I'm having a lot of fun. And you know, I'm a multiple six figure entrepreneur, I'm going to hit seven figures, like that is a big effing deal. I overcame poverty. I overcame so many other things, as I shared earlier. But I want to tell you that, you know, the theme of this episode is about going from stuck to unstoppable. And I don't need to talk to you and spend a whole lot of time on where you're stuck or a wire stuck, because you know why you're stuck. Or maybe you don't fully know, but you know that you're there. I am going to talk to you about some tools today to help you get unstuck. And that's where my, that's what I love to do is I don't just love to inspire people, I love to empower people. I love to give people the tools to teach them the tools so that they can change their lives. That is what's really important to me. And I had a conversation with somebody recently where she was like, Mary Lou, do you ever feel stuck? And I remember looking at her. And I, I said, Oh, that's a good question. And I thought about it. And then I looked back at her and I said, No, I trust myself 100%. And I didn't even know that that was going to come out of my mouth. If you if you want to ask me. You know, three and a half years ago, do you ever feel stuck? I would have been like, Yes, I feel stuck everywhere in my life. Because I wasn't practicing then fully what I do practice now. And of course, you know what that is, you know, you all know that I practice hypnosis every single day. But I'm going to dive into that a little bit deeper. So that was another awareness that I had over the last couple of weeks. You know, one was that I love my karma. And that karma doesn't necessarily have to be a bad thing. When we think of our karma. And the two, I realized that no, I don't feel stuck at all in my life, that I feel unstoppable. And I trust myself. And the third thing that I wanted to share was that on so Hypno thrive is going to be starting again. And I believe we have 33 new students that I'm going to be teaching these are students across the globe. And I'm going to teach them how to be badass skilled, world class, unstoppable hypnotist who know how to create transformation 100% of the time, and how to launch their six figure plus business because that's what I want for them. So I had a interview with Michelle petite. I know she listens to this podcast, shout out to you, sister. We had a impromptu q&a that we did on Zoom. And also I wanted to interview her because if you don't know, Michelle petite, she's extremely inspiring. She, that woman like I'm just so moved by her determination. And her inspiration and what she does in the world. And she's a recent graduate from she graduated in the June cohort of Hypno thrive. And so I did a q&a with her on Zoom, and I streamed it into my Facebook group. And if you haven't joined my Facebook group yet, you need to join my Facebook group. And the links are always in the show notes. I we streamed into the Facebook group and I wanted it to be very just an earnest interview straight from from our hearts. And I didn't really know what I was going to ask her. I just was I just knew I was going to be present with her and then I was going to be in the flow and that I was just going to trust whatever came through both of us. And it was a really rockin interview. And one of the things that Michelle petite said to me was that and she said this on the zoom in which was you know, in zoomed into the Facebook group. She said you were my biggest trigger. And I know so she had said that to me and I you know, I I've heard that and I know that I do that. That I trigger the shit out of people. I know I do. My life is completely different. I keep creating this income audibly magnificent, amazing life. And with that comes fun comes serving comes, impact comes authenticity and purpose and abundance. I am a completely different person than I was three and a half years ago. And so people get really triggered by me. And what I said to her and what I say to people who are triggered by me, and you may have caught this on IG, I did a story once where I said, Don't be triggered by me, join me, I want to teach you what I know, so that you too, can thrive in your life the way that you are meant to. And so it was, it was a great interview. And she had said that I went from her biggest trigger to her biggest inspiration. And that like, Ah, it's so good. It really, really is so good. That's what fulfills me is seeing people thrive. Not just buying my program, like, I want you to take what I'm teaching you to go out into the world and to make a big difference. Impact serves me. And so, Michelle, keep on doing your amazing work. She's inspired me. And I plan on doing a couple projects with Michelle and I've just I'm just blown away by how much service and impact that she is creating in the world as a badass, unstoppable hypnotist. So shout out to you, sister. So I want to talk about some of the steps for feeling unstoppable every single day because I get asked this question quite a bit. And as many of you know, like, I share with everybody my secrets, I probably should frame it differently. Like, hey, if you want to know my secrets, you should join my, you know, my Facebook group or whatever, you know, and be more strategic, but I'm not. That's just not who I am. I'm very authentic, I lead with my heart. And I want people to feel the way that I do in life. And so every day, every single day, I set my intention before I do hypnosis, I set my intention. It is something that is so powerful for me. And Wayne Dyer describes intention as the physical force in the universe. So before I do hypnosis, I set my intention, it's a non negotiable for me. The second thing I do is I prime my brain a little bit before I do hypnosis, you know, so I don't have to do this as much anymore. Unless I'm working on like a new circumstance, meaning like, all of you know, I'm going back to school, I took my science course, I'm going to do a whole episode on that. Because I man did I, I worked really hard. And, and I did, I spent a lot of time studying. So that's that particular circumstance, like I would prime my brain before I would do hypnosis, and I would say, I can learn anything. I have an amazing memory. So So just to kind of take a pause here and to take a step back. I used to prime my brain all the time, for ways of being. So being courageous and being committed and being consistent, but I don't have to do that anymore. So much, because that is just a part of who I am. That is what's automated in my subconscious. So what I hope that that was clear, so I don't necessarily prime my brain with ways of being anymore. It just depends on what the new new circumstances that I'm dealing with in my life. And so that was school. So I would tell myself, I have an amazing brain. I'm an amazing student, I can learn anything. And so I prime my brain. And then I would do hypnosis. And in hypnosis, I see my outcomes, as all ready, done, already achieved. And what am I doing? So I'm creating new neural pathways in my brain, my brain is believing what I'm seeing as true. So I love it like I mean this is this is magic for me, honestly, is showing my brain my life the way that I want it to be not the way that it is the way that I want it to be. So I listen to a hypnosis audio. I would imagine my life you know my outcome as achieved. So I'm talking about school. Specifically, I see myself with my diploma. I see myself as Dr. Mary Lou I see myself with Seeing my up on the stage, you know, shaking the hand of the of the president of the university as I received my diploma, I am seeing it as done. I see my books in my hands that I've already written. I see my billion dollar empire, I see myself training people. And not just me, but like, I see endless zooms, and endless retreats and endless conferences, where I'm teaching hypnosis, or were others that I have taught or teaching hypnosis, I see myself as a billion dollar empire. That's how I see it in my mind. So I hope that that makes sense. And we call this Dr. Joe Dispenza, calls this mental rehearsal, you are mentally rehearsing. So you're not only creating the picture in your imagination, but you're practicing being there, you're living it as if it's happening. So then what happens is that you're feeling it, even though it hasn't occurred yet, in the real world doesn't matter. The emotions are creating that physical force of your intention of your desires of your outcomes. It's powerful, it's powerful. And on top of that, you're showing your brain what your new normal looks like, what it looks like, to have a billion dollar empire, what it looks like to, you know, do my TED talks, I've done that too, for TED talks, like I know that I am creating. And these are the tools that I use to feel unstoppable. Every single day, it's a non negotiable. And then throughout the day, I'm speaking my life into existence. I'm telling myself who I can be, and what I can do. I tell myself empowering stories, how much fun I'm having, how I love having traveled all over the world. I love having built that community center and homes in my mother's village in Mexico, how I love that. I'm going to go where Scott was in the Peace Corps in Honduras and do something really amazing there. I don't know what yet specifically, but I know that I'm going to give back to communities, many, many communities around the world. So I speak my life into existence, I tell myself what's possible. And I'm committed about it. Like I'm more committed to this life than I that I'm creating. Then being committed to being stuck. Alright, so that's it for today, everyone. I hope you enjoyed this podcast from going from unstoppable. From going to from stuck to unstoppable, so stuck isn't even in my head anymore. And I want that for you too.
